NORTH NORFOLK RAILWAYS:
There is a station in the coastal
village of Weybourne just 6 miles from the cottage, the steam train travels from Sherringhm to Holt, with the option
to stop off at each venue for leisurely site seeing , and then travel to the next village.
The railway company have events throughout the year including the Santa Special, the Forties weekend plus Murder
Mystery Evenings.
THE THURSFORD COLLECTION:
Spring Cottage is ideally placed for your visit to Thursford,
with the famous Christmas Spectacular.
CORPUSTY:
A small village, within a short drive, hosts
a bonfire evening not to be missed, with a free firework display to celebrate Guy Fawkes which includes BBQ
and music.
From the cottage doorstep there are numerous walks and cycle routes where you can sample the tranquility
of the beautiful North Norfork countryside
GOLF:
There are three fantastic golf courses within a brief
car jouney from the cottage at Sherringham, Cromer and a bit further on Brancaster
